"Out Patient department area 4"

I attended Out patients on the 27 th January at short notice after making a telephone call to the Secretary of the Orthopedic surgeon that had operated on my wrist 14 days previous. The staff were happy to allow me to attend an appointment, on registration I was on a list that informed the staff that I was an extra patient. I was seen by the Consultant , an X-ray was arranged and very quickly and a face to face physio referral whilst attending the initial appointment. All the Staff were lovely. The whole experience was so efficient . From a very grateful Patient.
