In the early hours of Thursday 28th January I had the considerable misfortune of falling sustaining a deep laceration to my scalp necessitating emergency treatment.
I wish to place on record my very real appreciation of the treatment I received both from the East of England Ambulance and A&E at Peterborough District Hospital. The ambulance arrived speedily and the crew attended to my initial treatment efficiently and with great good humour.
Upon arrival in A&E I was immediately allocated a cubicle and my treatment commenced immediately delivered with real empathy and total professionalism. At a time of real crisis within the National Health Service my treatment was exemplary and could not be faulted.
I would be grateful if these sentiments could be communicated to all concerned together with my gratitude for their efforts on my behalf.
"Excellent service at a time of great difficulty"
