About: WestMARC (Ayrshire & Arran) / Powered Wheelchair clinic

(as a service user),

On my assessment I was told that I would get a motorised wheelchair that was way back in Dec 2020

Is there any progress on the situation as of now ?

Unfortunately our suppliers of powered wheelchairs have been struggling to keep up with orders recently. This has been in part due to capacity issues in the manufacturing sites relating to COVID and transportation delays at the border associated with Brexit. This has had a knock on effect on our own delivery times and we apologise for this.
