"Unprofessional stuff plus not relevant reply from…"

Booked telephone consultation for chest pain and extreme headache as I told the receptionist , appointment at 11.30 , no one called until I had to call at 4.30 to ask , been told that dr left me a voice msg although I don’t have this service !!!!

After long of argument , got a msg from dr saying I should take vitamin d as it’s low !!!! I had to call again and the reception gentleman told me even if the dr reply is not relevant he can’t do anything

That’s it !!???
