About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / COVID vaccination programme

(as a carer),

I am a carer working out in the community and today I went and got my 1st covid vaccination. I would just like to say how impressed I was with the whole setup. Everyone was so helpful and encouraging. The nurse who gave me my injection was lovely and talked me through what was going to happen. There were lots of masks and sanitisers there for us to use and wipes to clean our seats when we were finished.

We were allowed to sit for 15 mins to make sure we were ok before we went home. The jab it's self was painless and I am now in bed at 01. 02 and so far I feel grand and the injection site is not even sore. Thank you to everyone who helped me get my vaccination today.
