"Efficient, caring and reassuring staff"

I attended sigmoidoscopy and CT scan and,as awkward as I felt,the staff went out of their way to relax me and treat me with dignity and understanding good humour.

I was honestly scared beforehand (and not much scares me) but felt I was in good hands despite my nerves and foolish embarrassment.

A Slight confusion over administration when I arrived at the clinic but that was immediately resolved when I queried it with the administrator.

I would recommend this hospital to anyone. You NEVER see staff strolling around chatting or wasting time. Everything is patient focused and informative at every stage.

The ct scan doctor even checked to make sure I was OK after the procedure and I can't thank them enough for the level of professionalism and attention i received today.
