"Wonderful caring staff"

About: Burnley General Hospital

After attending for x ray with dye and MRI appointment initially started off bad , the letter gave wrong address and wrong building on a very wet day I had to walk around becoming very anxious I was going to be late . Volunteers would not contact dept and tell them I was lost .On reaching correct place was overwhelmed by kindness shown and support given to me before and during the procedure at the x ray department .The staff even took my letter and followed up that the wrong address had been sent out. I was made to feel so at ease and the procedure was painless. I went on to have an MRI and the reception staff and the nursing staff here were also brilliant and very efficient and caring.
