Appointment arranged for a telephone consultation, waited by the phone for approx. 4 hours so I did not miss the call. No call came used the best part of the following morning, speaking to a number of people in attempts to find out why I was not contacted. Made contact with a manager in General Surgery, only to be told the main contact number on my contact list was unavailable so why did the doctor not try the land line number, a mystery that will go unanswered, strange I use 3 other departments in the Whittington and they do not have any trouble in contacting me. Now using the Royal Free, after all they cannot be any worse than the Whittington.
"If you can use another hospital, go there ASAP"
