"Amazing "

My GP referred me to the surgical assessment unit after having awful stomach pain, and I had my appendix removed later that day. Every single member of staff I came across were LOVELY - made me feel completely at ease (this was my first time in hospital), they explained everything to me, kept me calm when I was in theatre, and just looked after me so well. Yes they were busy, but this didn’t affect the quality of their care at all. I stayed overnight and was checked on frequently - I also had two student doctors when I first arrived and they were also great. Thank you!!
