"Very rude staff"

About: Picton Medical Centre

I feel this practice need to employ receptionists with better communication skills as i feel,communication skills are laking and can make a patient feel uncomfortable,when you ring your doctor surgery it would be nice to speak to a receptionist with a kind heart please picton employ better well spoken receptionists.thank you.
