I arrived at A&E around 7.30pm with chest pain. Quick registration and less than 10 mins later I was in a cubicle having an ECG, blood tests, x-ray etc Every team member I encountered was polite, friendly, empathic, same for the two doctors. Every area was spotlessly clean so it felt very safe. I was given pain relief and waited till results came back, which were reassuring. At 9.30pm I was done and on my home. I have only praise for the team and excellent service.
