"Admission to Obs Ward"

About: St John's Hospital / General Medicine

(as a service user),

I was sent from my GP to the Observations word at St John’s, this was my first time in any medical setting as a patient.

All the staff deserves medals they are so welcoming, understanding & reassuring, I genuinely had the best experience at one of my lowest points of my health.

Jacqueline is an absolute angel, so down to earth, lovely and reassuring, exactly the type of person I would want looking after any member of my family.

The staff are under such pressure with Covid-19 yet they are in such high spirits.

I don’t normally do any reviews but I feel so strongly about the staff on the obs ward at St John’s I needed to provided such positive feedback.

I would love a big thank you sent to all the team!!

Dear 'junett49',

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with lovely feedback.

I am really glad to hear that you had such a positive experience when you needed to attend the Observation Ward. I will make sure that your kind words are passed on to the team, including Jacqueline, as I know it will be greatly appreciated.

With best wishes,

Aris

Thank you! Honestly they were amazing couldn’t fault any member of staff at all.. even the guys in X-ray & CT department.

I really hope it gets passed to the ward as I bet they get lots of negativity and not so much positivity.
