About: Omagh Primary Care Complex / Renal unit

(as a service user),

I travel by Diamond babs to and from (approx 35 miles 1 way) in the eleven years they missed ONE run!! An excellent service. The drivers have been courteous and helpful. I have found all the hospital staff very courteous, efficient and obliging.

Porters, fitters, diagnostic staff, are all very ready to give the friendly greeting and helping hand at every opportunity.

The teamwork in the unit seems excellent. I have to thank individual nurses for shotting warning to enable transfer to specialist units in good time. THANKS to the NHS for all it has made possible over the last 80 years or so,
