"A&E Staff all kindness & smiles"

Today I had the unfortunate need to visit a&e, not somewhere you particularly want to be, especially during a global pandemic. I couldn’t not leave feedback about my experience. From the receptionist, to the health care assistant, the nurse, doctor and consultant I just want to say a whole hearted thank you. Not only was I treated timely but despite the clear stress each member of staff was under they treated me with kindness. Thank you. To the cleaner who helped me find a charging point so I could contact my husband, thank you. To the health care assistant who didn’t give up on my terrible veins, thank you. To nurse who triaged me with care & patience, thank you. To the doctor who listened, investigated & referred me to the department I needed, thank you and to the consultant, who after a years wait on the list (thanks to Covid) who arranged my visit to the day procedures unit, thank you. 

You all have a tough job, the fact that you do with a smile and with kindness is a credit to you all.
