"Help to cope with my various problems around the house."

About: Lanarkshire Community Services / Occupational Therapy

(as the patient),

I've been struggling to cope with day to day chores and various physical functions, due to my health. I've been struggling for some time now and received a call about someone paying me a visit in my home to see if there was anything they can do to help with my daily tasks. I was a bit worried about this as I'm not very confident with meeting new people or having someone ask me about how I cope, however after speaking on the phone first and then an introductory meeting, I felt more relaxed and was able to discuss some personal issues.
