This was my worst experience I have ever had at Pilgrim and believe me I have been a few times due to my illness. I have never been treated as badly as I was this time around, 9 hours in A and E. There was no communication and the doctor on the ward was very very rude and didn't follow the 5 pillars they were very horrible towards me. So this will be a 5 from me I will be putting in a complaint to pals when I am feeling better the experience this time around has really affected me and I am worried about going into hospital again I admit I am not the best patient because I get scared so I can be very outspoken very unhappy and traumatised by this experience.
