About: NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde / Covid Vaccination Programme

(as a service user),

I attended the Allander Leisure Centre, Glasgow for my first Covid vaccination. Everything was a very positive experience.

The welcoming staff at the door guided me to the hand sanitiser and down the stairs , where another friendly member guided me through to registration and then to the table where Susie the NHS staff member gave me my injection. She was very clear and informative, I did not feel the injection and felt very reassured, After sitting for 15 minutes I left through another exit and came home. The whole process took 20 minutes , there was no waiting, everything was organised and efficient. Well done to all the team organising the centre and all the staff performing their duties. BIG CLAP to you all. Thank you
