Dear Mclean60,

Thankyou so much for taking the time to share your feedback here on CareOpinion. I am so sorry to read about your father. My thoughts are with you and your wider family.

I would like to thank you for sharing such lovely feedback at what must be a very difficult time. It means a lot to see that this is even in your mind when you must have a thousand thoughts. If you would like your comments to be passed onto the crews involved I would be more than happy to see that this is done. If you want this to happen, please email my team at sas.feedback@nhs.scot and what we will need is your name, your address and the time/date that we attended your father. That will allow us to locate the job on the system and find the crew. It would also be extremely helpful if you made reference to your CareOpinion username in the email as it is unlikely it will be myself that picks this up as I am having a few days off. This will allow the team to link your email to this story more easily.

Thanks again and I wish you all the very best.

Kind Regards

Alan

Dear McLean60

I would just like to say how very much your comments are appreciated, especially in these sad times for you and your family following your loss.

I will certainly pass on your feedback to our Stroke/Palliative team as it will mean a great deal to them that dads care was of the high standard they strive to deliver to each individual in their care.

Every best wish to you for the future.

Kind regards

Sandi Haines,Stroke Coordinator,NHS Borders.
