I get my continence supplies from Bromley Council, through the supplier ontex in Corby. On Monday, I got my delivery for continence supplies which I get every two months. Problem is, they have sent me the wrong supplies - they have sent me baby nappies, which are of absolutely no use to me. It's so negligent to leave me in this situation of having nothing because of a mistake like this.
I rang up yesterday and spoke to someone who said I would get a delivery this morning - I didn't. The suppliers are apparently so busy that you can't call through to them, you have to wait for a call back, so I'm now waiting. Isn't there any help for me other than waiting for them to fix their mistakes?
