"They got me trying new things"

About: Millbrook Mental Health Unit / Kinglsey Ward

(as a service user),

I have been joining in with the activities on the ward and I feel they helped me with my mental health while I was on the ward, they got me moving and staying active and also trying new things, that I wouldn’t have tried at home. I really enjoyed the sessions and learning new things
