"Advocacy support I'm deaf"

(as a service user),

Theresa my advocate helped he understand stand my rights as she's a BSL user without her I don't think I would now be home now with extra support in place.

It is positive to hear that you were better able to understand your rights and that you are now home with additional support.

Advocates will always try to ensure that communication barriers are overcome so that people can express what is important to them and be able to access their rights.

I will ensure this feedback is shared with Theresa.
