I have done the covid-19 vaccination and there are couple of things that could be made better.
It was raining a bit and the small queue had to wait outside unsheltered from rain, when in the waiting room I think there was unnecessary moving of people from seat to seat as people went for the vaccine, in the vaccination area there is good ventilation, but on this day it meant it was quite cold - it would be good to provide small heaters so the staff is not exposed to cold.
The staff was super nice!
