"Care from Grace centre"

After being referred by my GP, I had an appointment at the GRACE centre to check something more closely. I just wanted to thank the staff who carried out my appointment and examination for taking the time to explain things to me clearly. I felt that they really took the time to listen and explain things to me, which I really valued. They made me feel comfortable and I just wanted to pass on my thanks for the way the appointment was handled and just the general way I was treated and cared for.

I was a little nervous about going, and nearly cancelled when the initial symptoms I'd had went away just before the appointment. However, family convinced me it was still important to get checked.

The doctor that completed the examination was brilliant, and I just wanted to say thank you for everything. Working in a service based industry myself, I know the importance of getting feedback, hence just wanting to write and say thank you again.
