About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as a service user),

I had colonoscopy carried out at endoscopy day unit run by C/N Katie.

From reception to pre/op and post/op care , very good communication and caring staff very professional

  My procedure went very well staff kept me relaxed and talked about what was happening all the time

Special Thanks to DR Wilson and the canny Geordie nurse who put me at ease during my colonoscopy also special thanks S/N Dryburgh, S/N Parker during this investigation

Also many thanks to Jill and Claire for post op care this was really appreciated ,Very professional run clinic by C/N Katie.

Well done to all staff Care process was Faultless keep up the good work.

I believe in giving recognition to people that deserve it, all to often, no thanks is given to health care professionals who do a good job within healthcare setting.
