(as a relative),

I am writing this on behalf of my 74 year old father who needed the rapid response of the paramedic team after having a seizure in bed  at 3.30am a day ago.

He cannot thank the ambulance and its team enough for their amazing care  when they responded to his wife's call for help and he is very grateful for their professional and kind manner. 

We are so lucky to have such a dedicated and supportive service that we wanted to show our appreciation with this feedback. 

They helped calm his wife on their arrival and provided a high standard of care.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback through Care Opinion.

I am sorry to hear about your father falling unwell during the night and experiencing a seizure. This must have been extremely worrying and upsetting for your mother and the rest of the family.

I am very pleased to read that the responding ambulance crew looked after both your mother and father with care and compassion.

I hope your father has made a good recovery since.

I would like to ensure your feedback is passed on to the crew who responded and to assist us to do this, can I ask please if you can call our admin team on 01224 812200 to give us some more detail which will guide us to find the incident on our systems?
