"Dedication at a difficult time"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Plastic Surgery & Burns

(as the patient),

Yet again, NHS wins a Blue Peter Badge !!  It never ceases to amaze me that not withstanding all the pressures that hospitals are under, they still manage to maintain that stiff upper lip. Arrived at QMH today for 1550 appointment. Summoned by a smiling nurse at 1548 and escorted to a room attended by 2 smiling consultants. The progression of my treatment was explained to me in detail. On completion, the still smiling nurse issued me with all relevant paperwork and took time to explain the finer details to me. At the end of what must have been yet another trying week for all of them, I can only offer my sincere thanks for their dedication at this difficult time. Well done all.

Dear Dit Dit,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with such positive feedback about your experience in clinic. It has given us a great start to the working day, to know that we are getting some things right.

I will ensure the the relevant smilers see your kind feedback, (in the absence of a Blue Peter Badge).

I hope your journey through the remainder of your treatment is consistent with your first contact within our service.

Thank you again and stay safe.

Kind regards

Lynn
