About: Somerset NHS Foundation Trust / Covid-19 Vaccination Service

(as the patient),

Arrived early at Vaccination Centre, car parking attendants polite and helpful, went for vaccination earlier than expected and the personnel were very efficient and guided me through the procedure thoroughly and with good humour. 

A comfortable visit which gave me no reason for concern and I wish to thank all concerned for their part in making this a very acceptable experience.
