My Mother in Law broke her hip and had a rare heart condition which complicated her treatment.   This was a stressful and worrying time for the family which was made so much easier with the amazing staff.   We were kept informed every step of the way and not once did we feel an inconvenience.   The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and had   Empathy. Dr Maccan was amazing and very patient with us explaining the treatment needed and 3 times did a FaceTime call on her personal mobile so my Mother in law could see us.   We could not of hoped for better care or attention for a much loved family member.   We especially appreciated the time given during such a stressful and worrying time for the NHS during COVID. Thank you for going above and beyond. xx
