"feel like im getting nowhere"

Very disappointed in the Child psychology department, my son has been under investigation for couple years now. questionnaire's were done previously but Psychologist then retired so was given a new one which again wanted more questionnaire's done, this is a process I respect and understand isn't a quick fix. Months keep passing and we have again had no answers. Every Time contact is made it seems like we as a family get a different excuse and always promised someone will contact us back yet nobody ever seems to get in touch. I am just looking for help for my child who is struggling even more during this pandemic. I keep expressing my concerns but feel as though it is never taken serious.
