My husband (patient) and I had a good experience on our _first_ visit to the Day Unit of Mullinewe Hospital, Armagh. While we were _not_ informed by post about the appointment, a phone call on the previous day confirmed our intention to attend.
Having phoned to allow entrance into the building we were greeted and welcomed by a member of the nursing staff. Initial tests were carried out in a pleasing, professional and relaxing manner and conversations between staff and patient were good and informative.
The main appointment with the doctor was interesting, understandable and reassuring to my husband. All explanations and advice on the way forward were easy to understand and we were extremely happy with the whole visit.
Thank you!
P.S. Maybe the letter got lost in the Christmas Post?!
"Happy with the whole visit"
