(as a service user),

I got a lot out of condition management programme. When I first went, I had only been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was Finding it difficult to come to terms with not being able to work + not knowing what I was going to do in the future. After being on the Programme a few months, I started to gain more confidence and thought more about what I can do, rather than what I cannot do. I feel more positive about my condition now.

I would highly recommend this courseto anyone,
