"Physiotherapy"

About: Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust / Community physiotherapy

(as a service user),

About 3 months ago I had a very painful hip which I thought was going to need surgery, but after an  x ray it showed that my hip was ok, so it was muscular.   I was referred to Physiotherapy.   Due to COVID 19 my appointments have been by telephone with Ryan.   I cannot praise the service I have received enough.   I was given exercises to do and was sent an email with short video's on how to do these correctly, my hip is not better but well on the road to recovery.   Ryan has answered all my questions and encouraged me with my exercise program.   I know it's his job but 'credit where it's due'.
