About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / COVID vaccination programme

(as a service user),

I went to South Lakes Leisure Centre Craigavon for my Covid 19 vaccine.   Ample parking facilities in front of entrance. A very well organised system in operation for processing individuals to receive their vaccination. Friendly staff showing an interest In ones welfare. The 15 minute precaution care for any reaction to vaccine at the end did slow things down. Despite how busy the centre was I was out in under 1 hour. Organisation and staff to be highly praised and even more so considering many were volunteers.
