(as the patient),

I just wanted to say that i learnt so much.. I was cynical at first as I had CBT before but my counsellor Jake was excellent. He really listened and would refer back to things earlier in the session or from previous sessions that showed that he would really take things on board. Jake was thoughtful, kind knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. Jake offered incisive and practical advice that helped me cope and move forward. 

I am eternally grateful to him and the IAPT system.
