(as a service user),

After visiting my GP I was admitted to AAU with breathing difficulties for 6 hours.

Everyone:  AAU receptionist, welcoming ward nurse (I didn’t catch their names) nurses Mark & Julie, doctor Emily & doctor Miller, X-ray technician Rachel, porters, tea ladies and all staff I came into contact with could not have been more helpful, reassuring and caring.  
Thank you to every member of staff.

Thank you for taking the time to provide such positive feedback after your recent hospital admission to Forth Valley Royal Hospital due to breathing difficulties. I am really pleased to hear that you felt everyone was helpful, reassuring and caring.

I have shared your comments with Rachel, the Radiographer that took your x-rays. Rachel was delighted to receive your feedback, particularly during these challenging times. Staff are always pleased to hear that they are providing the best service they can to all their patients.
