(as the patient),

The staff I had with during my procedure made me feel relaxed and calm and were very friendly making me feel better about the situation. They cared for my needs brilliantly as I have back problems they end t above and beyond to keep me pain free and comfortable. 

When having my coil removed and then another fitted I didn’t feel a thing and the nurse explained to me everything she was doing and kept me calm and relaxed. 

Overall the experience I had was above and beyond by all 3 members of staff who were helping with me procedure!!! I would like to thank them and give them the praise they deserve. I definitely would be happy to return to their care in the future! 

I attended pilgrim hospital gynae department, the nurse practitioner was nurse Palmer and the other nurse was called Amy and the healthcare was called Val they are all a credit to your team and service.

All our staff pride themselves on delivering a high standard of care, attending to each individuals needs, when patients take the time to let us know that they have had a really positive experience as you have, it gives the team a real boost in morale and reassures us that we are getting it right. I was so pleased to hear the team went above and beyond to ensure you felt calm and relaxed during the procedure. I will ensure kind words are shared with the team, but particulary with those you mentioned. May I wish you well.
