Attended the Harlequin Surgery for a Covid Injection, I found the staff were very well organised & managed
all their patients with care & efficiency.
The Nurse who administered my injection came across as very Competent & Caring, putting me at ease so there were no anxieties at all. Didn't really notice the needle as I was suitably distracted away from it. Good informative info given, the nurse had a lovely caring nature.
Had to wait 15 mins in the waiting area after the injection to make sure all ok, the aftercare was also well managed, all in all the staff are all outstanding, Caring & doing a great job for the Community.
