(as the patient),

I recently had a biopsy taken from my knee by Mr Annan at the Victoria Hospital.

All of the staff were very good.

In particular Kerry made me feel so at ease and answered any questions that I had.

I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond her duty of care.
