After several months isolating my family member was given an appointment to get their Covid vaccine. They were apprehensive at first but did agree to go.
From the moment we walked into Nalagatla Medical Practice we were greeted so well. First off Shirley met us at the door and made us feel so welcome, and genuinely pleased to see us. We then got shouted through by the lovely nurse Shona, she completely put my relative at ease, never rushed them, explained everything that was going to happen and about the jab.
We were so comfortable with her and above all she made us laugh. I’ve never seen anyone enjoy a jab appointment so much. Such a genuine kind person.
It was the best experience we have ever had at a GP surgery and brought some positivity into everything that’s going on just now. Amazing service.
