I have copd, emphysema and I’m frequently having problems regarding my prescription, I’m in the extremely vulnerable group and I’m shielding because of the corona virus outbreak, I should have my prescription delivered, but because they keep messing up I have now got to go down, putting myself at severe risk just to sort out my prescription because they’ve messed up, I am now suffering because I haven’t got my inhalers and struggling to breathe with a high probability of catching COVID-19 or being hospitalised due to having no inhalers to help me breathe, I’ve had enough now and I’m absolutely disgusted with the practice, I will be changing doctors aswell.

We are very sorry to hear you have been having problems with your prescriptions. We would like to undertake an audit to see why this is and feedback to you with our response. As this email is anonymous please could you contact the Surgery and ask to speak with the Practice Manager who is happy to help.
