About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / COVID vaccination programme

(as the patient),

I entered the building to receive vaccine.   I was met by a gentleman to sanitise and change mask and show my letter.   He was polite and understanding.   I was directed to another staff member to take my details who I found to be a little rude and condescending.   This staff member had assumed I had done something wrong and had to leave me to check with staff.   Then I was directed to a nurse who was lovely, chatty and thorough.   I must admit the overall experience was positive.
