(as the patient),

Easy booking for my Vaccination Appointment at Taunton Racecourse this week.

Centre very well organised, and Covid secure.  Plenty of staff and marshals around 

to direct and help you park . All very welcoming and greeted in an informative and  friendly manner.  Centre very well laid out, with wheelchairs available if required.

Staff involved in administering the Vaccination, were very reassuring, with a local GP present, overseeing its administration. Did not feel rushed.

Only negative, was "security" stationed at the entrance to the Racecourse, who spoke to myself and my daughter in quite a curt manner when giving them my booking reference. Due to the weather conditions today (Storm) and after travelling 20 miles we had anticipated a difficult drive, so we had left earlier that normal. We were sent away, and asked to come back in about 30 min.  Because the weather was bad, I excused their manner, due to working outside in the wet and cold?
