Have serious concerns over the professionalism of my CPN having seen comments in medical records relating to my admissions which contain false accusations they have told ward staff

Hi Gam1233,

I'm sorry to hear of your concerns regarding your CPN. If not already done so, I'd recommend initially discussing this matter with your CPN directly or with the CMHT Team Leader. Alternatively you can contact our Patient Affairs Department on 01698858321 where we can discuss your experience further. Your post doesn't specify which team your referring to and there are different management structures for North and South Lanarkshire. I thank you for your comment as we want to learn and improve how we deliver services.
