"Rude receptionist "

About: Countess Of Chester Hospital

My father took my 94 year old grandad to have his first covid vaccine. The receptionist was so rude and told my father to “get out” my father said I need to fill out the forms as he can’t do them. She threw them at him and made him do it leaning on his hand. There was lots of over 80s waiting for the vaccine and 4 seats. It was a shambles. Carers are allowed to go in if needed everywhere else I do not understand why my father was thrown out. I work in a GP surgery and have worked covid clinics I can not believe the terrible service he received. The are also sending over 80s away when they have booked appointments saying they have fraudulent tickets. I have never heard anything so bad in my life. Chester you seriously need to sort yourselves out.
