"Awful experience, should have left sooner "

About: Devonshire Green Medical Centre

Don’t bother trying to call, you won’t get through and if you do, you are then greeted by receptionist staff whom are very unwilling.

Called maybe over 100x over the last two days no results. If you’re in urgent need call another service as you are more like to get forgotten about. And oh they will put the phone down on you as they lack any regard for patient care.

Since your review we have implemented a new telephone system to help our hard working reception staff cope with the unprecedented level of demand and the option for patients to pre-book a call from a GP via reception or using our online facility.
