Ive been with this surgery since it opened ! I have had to phone quite a few times in the last year!
Its absolutely terrible service ...it takes ages to get through to speak to a person after listening to all the gumph !
I use my house phone and my calls to the surgery are always £4 -£4.50 especially if you are number 9 in the queue !
All the gumph costs money to listen too!
Im very disappointed with the service at this surgery .
Having said that the nurses are amazing and very friendly !
