"The worse GP practice i have ever come across "

I rang for over 30 minutes 3 days on the trot, from 8am, I never got to speak to a receptionist on any of those mornings so tried later on the 3rd day again, I just needed advice about when to up my tablets. I was told to speak to my GP, the receptionist said, " there are no appointments left, you will have to ring again in the morning " I explained I work, I have tried for 3 days, she said they are very busy but that is all she can suggest.

I asked if they had heard from the consultant, she looked and told me there is some notes but she isn't allowed to read them as a doctor has to look at them, I saw the consultant in December, this was about 2 weeks ago. I asked why they hadn't been looked at? She said they haven't been sent to a specific doctor.

Its funny how they are not allowed to dicuss results or look at notes, as they aren't qualified and yet they are allowed to ask you in front of other people/ patients what is wrong with you and why you need to see a doctor.

I feel very let down, I have worked all the way through this pandemic and yet the doctors won't even let an elderly lady in their empty waiting room whilst it was cold and raining. That wasn't me, but I was stood with her outside.

I was asked at the beginning of this review how lightly was I too recommend them. There is no chance of that!

I have found them to be uncaring, rude and definitely unapproachable.
