I was extremely impressed with the quality of service I received when contacting the surgery regarding my 5 year old daughter. Although it took a little while to get through I found the receptionist extremely helpful and I was put onto a telephone call back list. On the same day I received a video call where my daughter was able to talk to the nurse and was totally put at ease by her caring and engaging manner. I am really impressed with how well the surgery has adapted to new ways of technology due to COVID. It is very evident how hard all staff at Whitehall Medical practice have worked under such stressful unforeseen circumstances.
