I have been in the call waiting que for 3 hours and number 1 in the que for 1 hour and 40 minutes, the recorded messages every 30 seconds says "your call is important to us please hold the line" patients calls are obviously not important to them. Since the surgery was taken over by Virgin Healthcare the staff are rude and abusive, you are unlikely to get an appointment when you need them. I will be writing to my MP and I urge you all to do the same, this surgery is unfit for purpose and needs a new management team.
