"CCU - first class care and service "

This feedback is on behalf of my Mother, as she doesn't have access to a computer or have an email address. My Mother went into A and E and then to CCU on Saturday 9th January , resulting in the fitting of a pacemaker the next day. She said the care and quality of service she received was excellent; everyone was very kind and attentive throughout her short stay in the unit. Just for info, there is no Cardiology service or CCU choice on the department menu, but please make sure this feedback gets to the CCU team - they made a frightened elderly person feel safe and looked-after. Thank you.
